WHO WE ARE
AJE Investments is a real estate investment company with properties in Utah and Idaho. It began in 1993 with the purchase of a single-family home in Boise, ID and since that time has grown to several properties in multiple cities. The types of holdings include commercial, multi-family, industrial, townhomes, single-family and even an old church. The best efforts are made to find the perfect marriage of tenant and location. The company is diligent in performing background checks and screening with the goal of finding good people that will appreciate the property and stay for a long time. Pride is taken in the manner in which we maintain our properties and the concern we have for its occupants. We strive to be the best landlord possible!
